Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only when e-tickets have NOT yet been delivered to your email. Once e-tickets are issued and delivered, sales are final.

Eligible Scenarios

• Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if e-tickets have not been delivered
• Identity verification rejected (full refund within 5 business days)
• Match cancelled or postponed by FIFA with no reschedule
• Duplicate charge due to technical error

Non-Refundable

• After e-tickets have been delivered
• Customer-side inability to attend the match
• Incorrect email address provided at checkout

How to Request a Refund

Contact support@wc2026tickets.com with your Order ID and reason for refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Match Cancellations

If FIFA cancels a match, full refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method without requiring a support request.
